BRAZEAU COUNTY
There will be no pre-tender meeting for this project. Lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Electronic bid submissions only, shall be received by the Bidding System: "Brazeau County – Janitorial Services" Until: Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 2:00:59 p.m. local time ("Tender Closing")
Tender submission is based on when it is received by the Bidding System, not when it is submitted. Tender transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, and etc. It is recommended that Bidders allow sufficient time to upload their submission to avoid any issues that may arise. Faxed or Hard Copy Tenders or Tenders submitted by e-mail will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder. Note: This contract is for providing janitorial services to the Brazeau County Administration Building and Public Works Facility for a period of one (1) year, with the option for two separate one (1) year extensions. Submission of a tender by a Bidder gives the owner the right to require the Bidder to execute the Contract and to perform the Work as set out within the Tender Documents. Tenders may not be withdrawn after the Tender Closing and will be irrevocable and open for acceptance by the Owner for a period of thirty five (35) days following the end of the day of the Tender Closing. The Successful Bidder will be notified in writing of the award of the Tender when the Owner delivers a Letter of Intent to the Successful Bidder. |
